At one point, Susan was at her recommended weight.
As time passed and she moved into adulthood, she

she had time?
- Susan often was seized with feelings of guilt.

wife? A good-enough daughter? A good-enough
Christian? A good-enough coworker? A
good-enough friend? Worrying created anxiety
